Sorry for bad UI for big power display in reactor room. You can turn on the power of the rooms after turning off the reactor and clicking on the zone you need in the central screen. In the right screen, after turning off the rector, you can open it using the button and replace the core. Hopefully this will motivate you to play again and beat the game with one of the two endings.
